[code.learn.create] Resources on art and music education using Google service/technologies

Dear team,

Here is the naming convention we will be using to tag our images/videos from different event. Please let us know if you have any comments, as we are going to start labelling our photos/videos tomorrow.

Permission_Activity_Location_Date(#) couple of examples:

  *   NP_Coding with Dash_KCC_Jul19(01)
  *   P_Codesign Protoype UI_PlayfulStrides_Jul19(12)
  *   Pedu_Coding with Cubetto_PlayfulStrides_Jul19(54)

Here is further detail about each part of the label:

  *   Permission:
     *   NP: No permission  - if no permission at all is provided
     *   P: Permission – if permission to all is provided
     *   Specific permission: Pedu (for education purposes only) and Pweb (just for Bridges and C2LC websites)
  *   Activity:
     *   co-design, coding, conference, demo, etc.
  *   Location:
     *   specific centre or a city if it is still distinguishable e.g. KCC for Kayla's Children Centre or Thornhill
  *   Date:
     *   Month and Year only e.g. Jul19

Christy and I are just looking at this. We are concerned about the length of titles for images. How about:

  *   NP: No permission  - if no permission at all is provided
  *   P: Permission – if permission to all is provided

We are thinking of labeling what we have permission for: example web and education would be Pedu/Pweb.  We know then that promotional use is not permitted. So we would delete the NPedu, NPweb and NPpro.

  *   Pedu: Only Permission for educational purposes and workshops
  *   NPedu: No Permission for educational purposes and workshops
  *   Pweb: Only Permission for C2LC and Bridges websites
  *   NPweb: No Permission for C2LC and Bridges websites
  *   Ppro: Only Permission for promotional material
  *   NPpro: No Permission for promotional material

How about using these acronyms at the beginning of the file name for permission purposes?

  *   NP: No permission
