Reorderer component in v 0.4

We did not create a specific snapshot of the documentation for the  
beta release, so that's likely why you can't find it :-)

We will be releasing v0.4 next week (July 30th), at which time we'll  
create a set of docs for that version.


You've probably already found this, but just in case:

The main entry point for documentation would be the User Manual,  
linked to from the left-side navigation bar:

In there, you should see the API documents

including a link to the versioned snapshots that do exist
