[Design Patterns] OSDPL going offline again for maintenance.

The updates are coming fast and furious on the OSDPL these days.

This time the site will be going down to fix a problem with tagging which is
causing some ugly navigation, and as well as duplicating content during
browsing. (See FLUID-1806 for more information if you're interested).

The site will be down Nov 13, 8pm ET and will be back online tomorrow by 4pm
ET.

Let me know if this is an issue for anyone.
