Hello Taís, and nice to meet you Henrique! We look forward to working with you.
I’m sorry to hear you are leaving Taís, best of luck with your new work!
Your summary looks good. I will leave it to Jutta to respond about the grant.
More follow-up soon.

Dear Dana, Michelle and Jutta,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to thank you for the last call and for the grant application. I also would like to
1) To check out if I had summarized correctly the issues we had talked about in our last call on 25th September:
Participants: Dana Ayotte (DA), Michelle D’Souza (MD), Taís Borges
a) Fluid Project goals:
* Providing a technology long-term vision for coops
* Providing a toolkit for cooperatives aimed at making the process of opening a coop easier
1. Code Design - next months
2. Scheduling meetings
4. Grant for developer: Jutta is looking for a grant for Cataki
2) To follow up on the application for the unorthodoxy philanthropy grant. Is there a date to disclosure the grantees ‘names?
3) To let you know that I have resigned my position at Cataki. I am leaving to coordinate a project within a state government from the North of the country. Henrique, copied here, will be taking over the project. We spent 2 weeks working together, so he could master this and other Cataki's partnerships. He is an experienced professional, and he is an expert on waste management and apps.
It has been an absolute pleasure to work with you, and I thank you for a great partnership relationship during my time here at Cataki.
I sincerely hope our paths cross again and wish you well in your future endeavors. You can reach me on my personal email: taisrborges at gmail.com<mailto:taisrborges at gmail.com>

Hi Taís, does Skype work for you? If so let’s use that. My Skype id is arty.yotty. Do you know if others from Cataki will be joining us?
Unfortunately I can only meet for a 1/2 hour today as something has come up. But hopefully that will give us enough time to check in.

"Dear Jutta, Michelle, Trebor, Colin, Dana, Justin, and Michael,
Michelle, thank you very much for the message, for putting our page under the Platform Cooperativa Development Kit and for adding a link to our page from the landing page.
I would like to do a follow-up on the next steps agreed during the previous meeting<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NTvooECEus8cLSMtqBEKjyAhVuNZGsoT7_cgNWoZiWo/edit> on August 27:
Mundano + Dana to connect: M to send screenshots of apps and prioritized list of what the needs are to DA ---> Dana, we solved the problem which was avoiding the download of Cataki in other countries. Could you, please, check if you can download it now?
Relating to the priorities, it would be wonderful to set a call meeting. I am available this Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday anytime. Would you be available anytime this week?
Mundano + IDRC to determine how is this going to work on a weekly basis? M: Can we setup regular check-ins? Shall we set it? Which frequency would work for you?
JT to follow-up with Oak Foundation for a development person who can do the local development coding at Cataki office in São Paulo --> Jutta, do you have any news about this request?
TS and MM to follow-up on connecting Cataki to Brazilian Co-op movement organizations and leadership; 2 meetings this month; will connect M to them as soon as we meet --> Trebor and Michael, could you update us about it?
Thank you very much,
Taís R. Borges

Thanks for creating that page - it’s really useful to gather as much information as we can about the project. I’ve put it under the Platform Cooperative Development Kit page and removed some Atlassian specific information that I think came from the page template you had used. I also added a link to your page from the landing page:

First of all I'd like to thank everyone for your time, it was really important to have Mundano explainning the project and even more to meet your team, and to listen to your considerations.
Thank you Michael for the document shared with some of the points discussed during the call. Having in mind Michael's notes, you can find attatched a Cataki file with the priorities and some Cataki data so you can all have a closer idea of how the app is working today, it's reach and the challenge of the new steps to come. Since you're unable to download the app, this will give you a better perspective for now. This presentation don't show all our objectives, perspectives and full potential but it's a good start.
Also it's really important for you to take a look at our videocase<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0d86iIPNb0M&t=4s> to understand in which context Cataki is inserted, as well as the Cataki animation video<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0I-YrR2V2Q> that explains in a simple way how the app works. Here you can read an article in english published in The Economist<https://www.economist.com/the-americas/2017/09/30/modernising-brazils-waste-picking-trade> from one year ago.
As you could see, our urgency to develope a new version of the app is real, and to achieve this goal we believe that having a programmer here with us at the beginning of our partnership, fully dedicated to the development of the app, is necessary and will make everything goes faster and smoother in this transition process.
Cataki potential inside a coop plataform is huge, being able to reach thousands, even millions of people eventualy everyday, and that's what we're expecting to do in the next two years with your help.
So,the next step for us is to have a feedback from you of this videos and content we just shared, and set up a new call with our team and yours to keep moving forward.
Thanks again, and have a great weekend everyone.
All the best :))
