[platform-coop-dev-kit] Scope of Work Document for Kit

Hi all,

Trebor and I wanted to share a draft of the Scope of Work document

for the Kit that we have been working on. It outlines our thinking about
the deliverables in more detail -- what we are aiming for with each piece
and how we are planning to get it done. Document is still in progress but
getting close to done.

IDRC team, can you sketch out similar workplans for each of the five pilot
groups? These, I presume, can be relatively the same in terms of process
and steps, and may best be left as a generic outline of how the co-design
process unfolds. But I leave that to your best judgment.

What will be trickier -- and Jutta/Trebor, please weigh in here -- will be
collaboratively developing the timeframes for all these sub-projects and
what unfolds when. I presume that will be need to be a longer conversation
with us all together on at least one call, and I am not sure we will be
able to get that done before Monday when the Google report is due
(especially with Trebor traveling internationally Wed - Sun). But
Trebor/Jutta, I will leave that to you two for guidance on next steps.
