Either of those two times work for me, too!

In response to your question about calendaring tools, we use Office 365 officially here at OCADU. But given the diversity of platforms and tools our team uses, I don't think there is a shared calendaring solution that will work for us all, so we'll probably have to continue scheduling the old fashioned way. :) There's always Doodle or whenisgood for really tricky scheduling situations.

P.S. does ICAD use a google-based email system like The New School? If so, I would be happy to pull up your calendars on shared calendars if that is a more helpful way to schedule meetings in the future, so then I can directly propose times that look free for all.
