Hi Michelle,

Thanks for your message. The document we are working is in very rough draft
form right now and Trebor and I have not yet touched base on it -- so let
me share it with you in the coming days so we can first look at it more and
make sure it will be most helpful to you.

It essentially takes the deliverables graphic and attempts to spell out
what work needs to be done for each piece.
