[platform-coop-dev-kit] Illustration of deliverables

I realised that I sent the email a bit too quickly without explanation. I simplified many of the text headers - I think this makes the graphic more impactful and easier to take in quickly. I imagine that there can be longer descriptions/explanation in the accompanying text. 

I also originally had two versions - one wide and one narrow - but I think this one works best overall.
