Hi Trebor,
This is a great post. 

At first glance I have a few edits:
- in the first deliverable can you add “extensible" to “customizable"?

- also, can you edit the statement: "Deliverables from this work will not be available until the conclusion of the project." 
In fact the iterations of the deliverables and prototypes will be freely available and open to critique and input. It is the impact that will not be available until we complete the project. 

Should I ask for feedback via our mail list: platform-coop-development-kit at lists.inclusivedesign.ca, or would you like to send it?
