 I understand your reasoning; it makes sense.

Events might not fall into the photoless category though because these will
be only smaller thumbnails, right?

Also Jobs does not contain competing photos if I see that correctly.

The Circle page is not linked on Adobe but also there an image would make
sense, I feel.

For the Institute, one photo at the top would make sense. I'll still send
more thoughts on what the Institute page structure should contain, as
promised.
