Thanks for sending the payment form. I’ve attached a letter as requested, please let me know if it meets your needs.

I don’t think we need to meet tomorrow if we can set up a time to meet together with the facilitators soon, I think that would be most useful.

How would Monday Nov 4th or Tuesday 5th at 2pm or 3pm CST (12pm or 1pm PST) work? Sounds like you are busy the rest of next week, I’m available the same days/times the following week as well (Nov 11, 12) as well as 3pm CST on Wednesday the 13th.

I won’t be attending the conference, but I’m glad you’ll have a chance to meet Cheryl and Ned in person and participate in the co-design potluck!

I've attached the payment form you provided to this email. Our controller has also requested a simple letter from you explaining the purpose of the funds (that we are just distributing the funding to provider-participants in exchange for their work in the co-design process).
