Hi Michael,

As you can see, we have 20 spots – we’re holding 10 for our partners as well as anyone who we might want to specifically invite down the line. If those aren’t taken closer to the date, we’ll open up those tickets to the waitlisted folks.

In terms of promotion, you can use the blurb that’s on the Eventbrite page. Please do email this invitation out to anyone who’s registered, and perhaps over twitter as well.

Per our discussions in our meetings last week and this Thursday, can you send over a registration process (google form?) for the Potluck at the conference? That way we can begin promoting online and collecting names.
