[platform-coop-dev-kit] Board meeting @ PCC Conference

Hi Cheryl, Ned,

Thanks for letting us know.

In lieu of attending and presenting, would the IDRC be able to supply 5-7
slides that would provide a general overview of the technical Kit work? The
Council I know would love to see something like that.

Trebor, please feel free to jump in on what these could cover, but some
suggestions:

 -- overview of IDRC + team working on KIT
 -- summary of work from July '18 to date
 -- strategy and approach in this work
 -- learning commons
 -- dashboard
 -- further identified shared needs/lesson from across pilot groups
 -- looking ahead/future directions

Let us know if this would be possible.
