[platform-coop-dev-kit] Update on Site Hosting

Since we neither provide hosting to third parties nor use third-party hosting services  at the IDRC, we do not have any relevant example contracts that we can share.

Hi all,

We are finalizing our decision and working on our contract with a tech cooperative.

Would you have a sample contract for hosting and maintenance that we could refer to? If not, which eventualities would you advise should go into one? (eg. Response time for outages, response time for error fixes, etc.)
Once we sign the contract, we will let you know, so we can progress and move the sites over to the new server.
