For instance, https://gcoop.coop/ in Buenos Aires specifically works with free & open source tech, and runs a hosting spinoff https://nube.coop/m and https://nilenso.com<https://nilenso.com/> in Bangalore specializes in open source software, too.

Colin had written about CoLab as a hosting option. That'd be fine.
It might be good though to have at least one alternative option.
I remember that their maintenance costs were high.
