[platform-coop-dev-kit] Update

Dear Colin,

We met with CoLab on Monday, and have another interview with a tech
cooperative on Friday to decide on the hosting of the site. Please advise
anything we should consider for the contract with these tech cooperatives.
We should let you know by early next week which one we would like to work
with.

Please, as always, let us know if Ned needs anything.
