Thought this would be interesting and relevant to our work. The Toronto Star is releasing a new six-part podcast on the story of Foodora couriers' attempts to unionize under the CUPW: https://www.thestar.com/podcasts/hustled/2020/05/19/how-foodora-couriers-took-on-the-gig-economy.html.

It's written and produced by Sara Mojtehedzadeh, who is an excellent journalist and is one of the few in mainstream Canadian media who is dedicated to the labour beat. She's done some phenomenal investigative work on the conditions of temporary workers in food production as well.
