We have confirmed October 17th for the SJRK meeting and October 18th for DEEP.

We have been trying to sort this out, and ended up moving Hector's commitments in October in a way he is able to attend the meeting.
This is such a good news because he has been on this all these years and will love to close the project properly.

Hector is not able to attend the meeting. Tata was meant to discuss this with you but she is in her moving out from Colombia to Canada. She is the one that will attend the meeting on our behalf with no airfare costs attached. And by tomorrow we will let you know if someone else from Colombia can join her.
I will double check all this with her tomorrow

Hello All,

We have an SJRK partners meeting tomorrow, Thursday Aug 8 at 11am EDT, on Skype. Hope you all can make it.

In a previous email I asked you to save the dates Oct 17 and 18 for a face to face meeting in Toronto. We are still in the planning stages for DEEP, and it would be very helpful to know if you would be interested and able to attend. Please let us know.

I would also like to get your input and feedback on a suggested plan for our face to face meeting at DEEP - which would be to give you an opportunity to run a co-design session related to an aspect of your work that you would like to get input on. These sessions would be open to any DEEP participants.
