Dear Dana,

Thanks for the reminder.
I will try to attend the meeting even though 20.00 local time is late
for me. i will be driving home.

you will bare with me if do not participate fully due to connectivity.

i have attached a drafted budget for the activities planned.

However, the budget allocated seems to be very small given the scope
of work and what it entails. i have doubled.

please go through it and advise. otherwise, we may not get the very
best we wish.

See you soon hopefully, skype works better for me since i always found
it hard to use vidyo.
