It sounds like it will be difficult for you to join today since you will be on your way home, but we can definitely use Skype if that will help, if not today, then for future meetings.

Could everyone let me know if meeting an hour earlier, at 12pm ET, would work for you on a regular basis? Or if there is another day of the week that it would work? For today we’ll keep our usual meeting time and place to begin, and then perhaps move to Skype if needed.
