[Wecount] Website mockup updates

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for sharing these. One question, is it intentional to have the filter and constrained search only on the “Views” page, or will this also be added to the “News” page once the design has fleshed out more? Should there be an option to filter in the “mobile” presentation?
