[Wecount] Hide "Badges" item on the top navigation bar

Hi,
Hiding "Badges" item on the top navigation bar was a question raised at Monday meeting. It turns out hiding it is as simple as setting the menu order of “Badges” page to 0 in WordPress. Screenshot is attached for content editors' future reference:
The hiding and the home tile for the Badges page has been implemented on the development site <https://dev--wecount.netlify.app/>: the “Badges” menu item is not longer shown on the top nav bar but clicking the home tile “Earn WeCount Badges” leads to the Badges page.
For the production site, we probably wanna wait until the badges home tile is available at the next release then hide the badges menu item.
