[Wecount] Ontario expands COVID-19 testing to pharmacies

Hi,

A news <https://globalnews.ca/news/7353297/ontario-coronavirus-covid-19-tests-pharmacies/> just came out that starting Friday, people with no symptoms of the COVID can visit selected pharmacies for testing. This article contains a list of these pharmacies. This change hasn’t been reflected on the ODS dataset <https://data.ontario.ca/dataset/covid-19-assessment-centre-locations> we use. I’ll keep an eye on the dataset. Curious about how soon or whether or not pharmacies will be included.

We probably should include these pharmacies in the data monitor map anyway.
