[Wecount] Māori language data

Thanks Ned, a really interesting article that gave me a perspective that I hadn’t even considered. I wonder if it would be worth asking to share the license agreement/process as one of the We Count resources. I welcome thoughts on adding these kinds of resources to the learn resources once they are made available.
